Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the FireSquid application, website, and related services provided by Fire Squid, LLC ("FireSquid," "we," "us," or "our"). It does not govern a third-party service's own practices.

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account and workspace information: name, email address, authentication details, workspace membership, permissions, and account settings.
• Customer content: contacts, campaigns, communications, documents, notes, tasks, and other information you submit to the service.
• Connected Google account information: Google account identity, authorization tokens, and the limited Google data described below.
• Usage and device information: feature activity, timestamps, browser and device details, IP address, diagnostic events, and security logs.
• Support information: messages and attachments you send when requesting help or providing feedback.

When an authorized administrator connects a Google account to FireSquid Voice, we request read-only Gmail access and basic Google profile information. We use that access to find Google Voice notification emails and display relevant messages, missed-call notices, voicemail details, and voicemail transcripts inside the authorized FireSquid workspace.

FireSquid does not use this connection to send email, place calls, or send text messages. We store authorization tokens in encrypted form. Workspace permissions and account assignments limit who can view imported Voice activity.

FireSquid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use information to:

• provide, secure, maintain, and improve FireSquid;
• authenticate users and enforce workspace permissions;
• sync and display information that a user chooses to connect;
• respond to support requests and communicate service notices;
• detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect users and the service; and
• comply with law and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.

We may disclose information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: vendors that host, secure, monitor, or support the service under contractual confidentiality and data-protection duties.
• Workspace direction: users and administrators authorized by the workspace that controls the relevant content.
• Legal and safety needs: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
• Business transactions: as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not allow a person to read Google user data unless the user has authorized the access, the access is necessary for security or support, or the law requires it.

We retain information while an account or workspace remains active and as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and workspace configuration.

You may revoke FireSquid's Google access through your Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete information already imported into an authorized workspace. To request account or connected-data deletion, email info@firesquidai.com. We will verify the request and delete eligible information from active systems, subject to legal, security, contractual, and backup-retention requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include access controls, tenant and account permission boundaries, encrypted authorization tokens, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. You may also revoke connected-service access and control workspace permissions through an authorized administrator. Contact us to submit a request. We may verify your identity and authority before acting.

FireSquid is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. We will provide additional notice when a change materially affects users' rights.
